weekly update

Thanks so much to everyone for sending in treats and all the things that made our last day before break a great one! We decorated cookies, played charades and Unlock the North Pole, had snacks, exchanged gifts - thank you so very much for your gifts!! - and ended the day with a movie with all three second grade classes. It was a fantastic start to our break.

It's a little hard to believe that it is already time to head back! It looks like everyone will need snowpants and boots and all the gear on Monday. We sit on the floor a lot, so your child will need a pair of shoes for indoors too. Feel free to send a pair for your child to leave at school so he or she doesn't have to remember to pack shoes every day. We have PE on Tuesday this week. Here is our January specials schedule:
